A native of Canada, Shawn decided to travel Asia after university graduation. In Taiwan, he taught for 15 years at ESL cram schools, colleges, private and corporate classes, while learning Mandarin. He has also lived in China for a year, and 2 years in India.

A software engineer by study, Shawn acts as a technical lead, developing our products, monitoring content and handling our network operations. He enjoys international traveling and hiking. You'll often finding him at the gym with his friends.
